There are people that are just naturally BOLD in life. This does not mean that they do not have fear or suffer anxiety like the rest of us regular folk. It just means they step up and get the job done anyway! In Renee Commins' case, not only does she get her own jobs done, but she has made it her job to get you to do yours too! Only if you are ready of course. I have heard Renee say this before more than once. "He isn't ready", "I wasn't ready", "You weren't ready"....."But you are now!"
The point is, until you are actually ready to stand up and Be BOLD for Change for yourself, no amount of someone elses nagging will get you to get the job done. (Renee, and my own self development have taught me that.)
Renee is not there to do your job for you. She is there to help you develop the mind set and the knowledge to do the job yourself. And believe me, there is a whole lot more empowerment involved when you have the knowledge and inner strength to to do it for yourself. And you will thank her for it!
"It is not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves that will make them successful human beings" -Ann Landers
Renee Commins in your Business Coach Mamma! She will treat her clients as she does her children. With a whole lot of listening, encouragement to think for themselves, always supportive and kind, but when it is necessary, she will bring out the tuff love advice too. How do I know all this? If it weren't for Renee Commins, my business right now would probably just be one more idea that flitted into my head and out again. And then a few years later I would see someone else has done it. and done extremely well with it. But this time, and with this idea, I was ready. And Renee Commins Recognised that. She listened and tuff loved the ass out of me in the kindest of ways, and I owe a hell of a lot to her for helping me find my BOLD!

Tell us a little bit about who you are, and who is your business.
Hi I’m Renee and I am chief child wrangler to 2 gorgeous girls, home cook extraordinaire, wonderful wife, personal development junkie, big thinking, goal digging, entrepreneurial spirit, business minded, fun loving, wine drinking, fancy shoe wearing, all round good gal!!
In a professional capacity my business is here to support those in small business or want to be in small business by providing educational information and real world business experience to cultivate an attitude and outcome of success.
What made you choose this path? Was it always in the plans for you or something you kind of fell into?
I think this path chose me! It is probably a natural progression from being in business, doing the hard yards, but by also being a bit of a ‘helper’ by nature, it makes sense to share what I have learnt in an effort to stop others from having to make the very costly mistakes I did.
This years theme is Be Bold For Change. What was your bold moment that convinced you to take the plunge and trust in yourself?
I cannot say there was 1 bold moment. Life has always seemed to offer to me opportunities to be bold. Sometimes I have taken them, sometimes not. Along this journey that I am traveling right now it has been a series of small opportunities to be bold, and I am just taking it one step at a time.
Making a change and plunging into the unknown can be really daunting. Terrifying even. How did you do it? Both practically, and emotionally?
There is a formula for change that I have been taught and I tend to apply it whenever I feel the need to make change in a practical sense. From an emotional perspective its about being aware of yourself and what and how emotions actually play a role in your decisions and your life, and then taking control of them.
What motivated you to make the change?
My children, and an incessant voice inside my head that never rests!!!!!
What came first? Your business or the kids?
What difference do you think you have made to your life by choosing this path?
Great question! I am constantly evolving, bringing to me amazing people and experiences and hopefully I am being a good role model to my girls.
What difference do you think you have/can make to others?
I hope that I can awaken people up to the greater possibilities in life because I believe that it is available to all of us. Also I know I can make a difference to people's businesses and show them that their is an easier way.
How can others learn from your story? What message do you have for them?
We always always always have a choice. We get to choose in every moment of every day. The problem is never what happens to us in life or business but how we react to it that determines the outcome of that experience.
